Conveniently located within a gated community, this home is just steps from a shared waterfront pool and hot tub. A short walk brings you to a top-rated local seafood restaurant with live music, offering the best of the area. Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. A 6% processing fee applies to all credit card payments and is non-refundable. Guests must be 25 and up to rent and provide a copy of their photo ID within 72 hours of booking. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Trash should be bagged and placed in provided bins; excess trash will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300. No parties or events are allowed, and any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Pets are allowed with a $50 upfront fee per pet and a $45 fee per night per pet thereafter. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure pets are leashed at all times outside and clean up after them. There is to be no smoking inside the property; smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Special events and gatherings are subject to approval and a fee.
