The apartment features an updated kitchen with all appliances, newly renovated bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with cooking amenities including pots and pans, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and knife set. It accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 private bedrooms, a plush king-size master bedroom, a cozy king-size bedroom, two queen-size beds, and a bedroom with two bunk beds that sleep six on twin over full bunks. Additional sleeping is available in the living room with a queen pullout sleeper sofa. Enjoy entertainment with a 55-inch smart TV in both the living room and game room, and dine in style with seating for 8-10 in the dining room. The outdoor BBQ grill and washer and dryer are available for guest use. The property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of three dogs allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. Guests must fill out a guest card to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf, with a $30 fee required prior to arrival. The home is ideally situated with tons of patio living spaces, each furnished to enjoy views of the lake. Inside, the home boasts a giant dining table, a game room with a TV and arcade gaming station, and a wood-burning fireplace. Outside, guests can enjoy the lake via the private dock with two complimentary kayaks. The largest outdoor space features a screened-in and temperature-controlled balcony with giant windows, lounge chairs, and a game table. Other patios offer outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and swinging egg chairs. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, with an event fee paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, affecting lake accessibility and appearance.
