Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
