Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine if any evidence of smoking is found. Please avoid loud noises, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee, and any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee.
