A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and an iron with an ironing board. Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building, message us for details. The Inner Harbor is also a shopper's paradise, with plenty of retail options to suit every taste and budget. Most guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips. The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee.
