The open floor plan includes a relaxing living room, spacious bedroom, full bathroom with tub and shower, and a cooking lover’s dream kitchen with a marble countertop island that doubles as a work-from-home space. The queen-sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress ensures a restful sleep. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and extra towels. The home features an incredible set-up for children, including a Pack N’ Play, high chair, baby bath, sheet set, and silicone plate, fork, and spoon. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. A short Uber ride of about five to ten minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and much more. This house is very centrally located in the historic and trendy neighborhood of Seminole Heights, known as the foodie district of Tampa. Guests can easily walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Florida's tropical environment may occasionally introduce local wildlife, including insects. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. The property includes a main bungalow located in front of it, providing complete privacy as your 1-bedroom home is detached. Do not park in the driveway, as it is dedicated to the main home. Enter with your personal smart lock code sent after booking. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Smoking inside the home will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Parties or events are not allowed unless previously approved. Be considerate of neighbors, especially during quiet hours. The marble countertop island serves as a work-from-home space, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi.
