The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals. A cozy dining table is situated between the kitchen and the living room sofa, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal while having the TV on. The bedroom features two queen-size beds designed to provide you with the perfect resting experience. Besides the hotel-like comfort, the bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and stocked with all essential toiletries. One parking space is included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. If you need additional parking, it is $20 per day, but may raise if there are events going on. Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. As you explore the neighborhood, you'll notice many of the original Pabst buildings have been preserved and repurposed for modern use, while still retaining their historic charm. The Pabst Brewery Complex is now home to a variety of businesses, including a restaurant, a craft brewery, a coffee roastery, and a boutique hotel. If you're looking for outdoor activities, there are several parks and green spaces nearby, including the nearby Zilber Park, which offers a variety of recreational activities. The Milwaukee Riverwalk is also a popular destination for scenic walks along the riverfront. For those who love exploring local culture, the Historic Pabst Brewery District is a hub for art and entertainment. When it comes to dining, the neighborhood has plenty of options to suit any taste. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. No parties or events are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys are $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. The bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs, featuring an office desk with a 21.5" monitor and chair. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
