If you need additional parking, it is $20 per day, but may raise if there are events going on. Sofa and queen floor mattress can also be used for extra guests. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights is $25 per night, 8-29 nights is $200, and 30+ nights is $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys are $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $25 per hour. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. Noise monitors are installed in the unit to measure noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. The bedroom is furnished to meet all your business needs, featuring an office desk with a 21.5" monitor and chair. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available to ensure a seamless work-from-home experience.
