Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed, as it is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, the dockless Lime scooters are recommended. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be charged for up to 2 pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
