The home spans 644 sqft over two stories, with the second floor being a loft, and is situated on a flat lot with just two steps to the entrance door. This stylishly designed A-frame features a living room that opens to a deck and backyard, a dining room, and a bedroom with a full-size bed on the first floor. The second floor loft area includes a queen bed. Enjoy the relaxing deck space with seating, a BBQ, a fire pit, and a year-round hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with both a Keurig pods coffee machine and a regular coffee maker, along with dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware, and servingware. High-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens ensure comfortable sleeping, and a smart TV and internet are available for streaming. The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee, which is automatically applied when you select a pet during booking. Pet fees beyond one pet are processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this home is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and other rental properties. It is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The cabin is accessible by fully maintained roads year-round, though a car is necessary as there is no public transit nearby. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter, and tire chains are available for rent at local stores during the winter months. This pet-friendly home requests that pets are not allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and clean up after their pets. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy is prohibited. A $500 fine is imposed per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban. There is no washer/dryer in the home due to space constraints.
