The first floor includes a living area with a plush sofa, accent chairs, a big screen smart TV, a wet bar with an ice maker, a full-size bathroom, and a laundry equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a French door fridge/freezer, a chef’s oven and gas cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and 2 dishwashers. The third floor features a bright, open-concept living area with a large modular lounge, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a grand dining table with seating for twelve. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Located just 10 minutes from downtown and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and shops, this home is in St. Augustine Beach, a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. It's also just a block from the closest beach access point. The historic downtown area of St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive away, offering old-world charm, flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
