Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, this home is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The home is located in St. Augustine Beach, just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. It's only a block to the closest beach access point and a 10-minute drive into the historic downtown area of St. Augustine. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not allowed. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Vaping and smoking are not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
