Your entrance is through the right side gate in the carport, down the 2 sets of stairs, and to the left keypad. You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon. This comfortable space features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a heated bathroom floor. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view. Ask about our add-ons including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play Crib, Beach Wagon, Surf and Boogie Boards, Pets Policy, EV Charging, and Car Rentals. Parking includes a shared carport with an EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions for convenient parking. EV Charging (Level 2) is available during non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged based on kilowatt hours used. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Experience the best of San Diego within minutes. It's just 5 minutes to Downtown, Balboa Park, Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Zoo, 10 minutes to beaches including Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, and Pacific Beach, and 15 minutes to La Jolla Cove and UCSD. The neighborhood is both peaceful and central, with walkable access to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, local coffee shops, and nearby parks and beaches. Biking and scootering are easy with rental options nearby. Buses, Ubers, and Lyfts abound nearby. The property features 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras, occupancy sensors, and decibel monitoring. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc., as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal instructions are provided to prevent clogs. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing. EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm) will incur the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. The apartment includes a dedicated workspace with a motorized desk and blazing-fast Wi-Fi for all your work and entertainment needs. A 45-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix is also available.
