Located in a peaceful family neighborhood, this home offers a perfect fusion of convenience and natural beauty. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, and refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. One set of bath towels and washcloth per person is provided, plus a starter pack of laundry pods.
