Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Events are not allowed. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises.
