This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has been renovated with vinyl flooring throughout and sea-inspired decor. It features three electric fireplaces, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a comfy living room sofa that doubles as a sleeper. Enjoy the waterview from the living room, and take advantage of the high-speed Wi-Fi and all necessary cooking supplies. The apartment includes two queen beds with linens and towels provided. The property allows two pets per stay with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. You must notify in advance if you're bringing a pet, and fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free with prior notification and documentation. The fishing dock is private to the duplex, and both units have access. You can fish or kayak off the dock, and there is space for one boat with a fee of $150 plus $50 per night. Propane for the BBQ grill is not provided and must be picked up nearby. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this apartment is just a 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. While many attractions are within walking distance, you can also bring a car to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach. If you're heading to the beach, parking is limited, so consider using Uber or walking. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are never allowed. Maximum occupancy is five people, and any parties will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and violations will incur a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour. The property has security cameras that are not actively monitored 24/7 but are reviewed as necessary for guest security. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work-friendly stays.
