The apartment also includes a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed and access to a common laundry area with a washer and dryer. Free unassigned parking is available for 2 cars. Oversized vehicles must park on the first floor, additional parking is not available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 to $300, depending on the length of stay, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) and some breed restrictions. From towering skyscrapers to art-filled galleries and upscale dining spots, the CBD has it all. Just a short walk away, you can explore the lively streets of the French Quarter, discover the city’s jazz history, or enjoy world-class cuisine. Nearby attractions include Lafayette Square, Bourbon Street and Canal Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome, and House of Blues. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
