The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a huge stovetop, a perfect island for dinner and entertaining, a dining table, a coffee maker, and just about every other appliance and cooking utensil a well-stocked home would have, plus a walk-in pantry with plenty of spices and enough supplies, plates, and utensils for about a dozen guests. The living room features an open floor plan with an 85-inch TV and surround sound. There is also a full gym available, located in the garage of the main house, and a ping pong table. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Marathon Ranch is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only about 5 miles from Enchanted State Park. Enjoy Fredericksburg’s historic downtown, take in the German heritage by visiting the Pioneer Museum, sip some wine at the local wineries, shop along Main Street, explore Lyndon B Johnson State Park, and pick peaches at an orchard. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
