The property offers a full gym located in the garage of the main house and a ping pong table for entertainment. Enjoy the new Cowboy Pool and a hot tub on the front porch, along with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The backyard is fully fenced, and there is plenty of parking outside the house. Marathon Ranch is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only about 5 miles from Enchanted State Park. Enjoy Fredericksburg’s historic downtown, take in the German heritage by visiting the Pioneer Museum, sip some wine at the local wineries, shop along Main Street, explore Lyndon B Johnson State Park, and pick peaches at an orchard. Nearby attractions include Prochnow Vineyard at Crabapple Creek, Fredericksburg Glassblowing and Purple Shack Makers Gallery, GF Trail Rides, and Becker Vineyards. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. There is a small fire pit on site, and guests are asked to bring their own supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after each use. Fireworks are not allowed, and there is a $50 replacement fee per key if not returned to the lockbox. This is a dark sky community, so please shut off any lights when not in use.
