The living room features an open floor plan with an 85-inch TV and surround sound. There is also a full gym available, located in the garage of the main house, and a ping pong table. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Marathon Ranch is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only about 5 miles from Enchanted State Park.
