This home features an upstairs unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a separate downstairs suite with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The upstairs unit is accessed by an outside stairway. The upstairs home boasts a full kitchen and dining area, a living room, a master suite with a king-size bed and a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double bed with a twin trundle and an additional twin bed), and a second full bathroom. The downstairs suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom and living space with a king-size bed and a twin daybed with a trundle, and a washer and dryer. Both units are equipped with a washer and dryer, and beach supplies are provided. A brand new pool is available, with pool heat available for $30 per day. Inquire for terms and conditions. Four coveted off-street parking spaces are provided. This home is dog-friendly, with a $150 non-refundable pet fee for one dog under 50 lbs, which must be up to date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and not a puppy under 1 year. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited.
