The downstairs suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom and living space with a king bed and a twin daybed with trundle, and a washer/dryer. The upstairs home features a full kitchen and dining area, a living room, a master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed with a twin trundle and an additional twin bed), and a second full bathroom. Pool heat is available for $30 per day, with inquire for terms and conditions, and one dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
