The building offers a brand new gym, in-unit laundry, and options for downtown parking. The building, elevator, and hallway to the unit can be accessed without stairs, although there are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment features an open concept living and dining room with a 55" HD TV, a comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for four. The fully stocked kitchen includes some basics for cooking and a coffee station for your convenience. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet, and one closet includes a pack and play for little ones. Paid parking is available on the premises for a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. For stays longer than seven days, an additional charge will apply. Approval of a maximum of two dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Situated in the heart of downtown Cleveland, this apartment is within walking distance to several of the city's best restaurants and entertainment venues, including the East Bank of the Flats. The location offers easy access to all that Cleveland has to offer. Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash are shared spaces. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Any smell or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Additional charges may apply for unfollowed check-out instructions or breaking house rules.
