Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's shared spaces include the hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash. The elevator screen displays one floor higher than selected, but floor signs will guide you correctly. The front door is locked, requiring you to let in deliveries or guests. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized late check-out. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved, and pets are not allowed on furniture. On-site cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Additional charges may apply for not following check-out instructions or breaking house rules.
