The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring you to go to the 1st floor for deliveries or guest arrivals. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized late check-outs. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved, and cameras on-site monitor traffic. Uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Additional charges may apply for unfollowed check-out instructions or breaking house rules. The king bedroom includes a desk and TV that can double as a monitor, providing a convenient space for remote work.
