Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized late check-out. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic, and uninvited guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Additional charges may apply for unfollowed check-out instructions or breaking house rules. The king bedroom includes a desk and TV that can double as a monitor for your laptop, providing a convenient work-from-home set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
