The building offers a brand-new fitness center on the lower level and in-unit laundry facilities. Paid parking is available for up to 2 cars, with details provided upon request. Approval of a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with additional fees for more pets. No cats are allowed to protect guests with allergies. Situated within walking distance to Cleveland’s best restaurants, entertainment, and the East Bank of the Flats, this apartment offers stunning views of Lake Erie and the Downtown Cleveland waterfront. Enjoy easy access to scooters and bikes for exploring the area. Some noise from hallways or neighboring units may be heard. The building is locked, and guests must go to the 1st floor to let in deliveries or visitors. The elevator's digital screen displays one floor higher than the actual floor, so verify using the hallway signs. No parties or events are allowed, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with unauthorized late check-out fined at $150 per hour. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
