An unapproved party or event will incur a fine of $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
