Relax under the covered outdoor seating area, light a fire in the fire pit, or soak in the bubbling hot tub. The community area includes a lake, picnic spot, community building, and scenic walking trails. The first floor features a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a loft den area with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, high-quality mattresses, smart TV, internet, and on-site washer and dryer. Covered parking is available with EV charging capability, though guests must bring their own charger. The front yard accommodates 4-5 cars for additional parking. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night for more than six guests, up to a maximum of eight guests. Located in the private community of Paradise Estates, this cabin is approximately 5 miles from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. The area is a mix of full-time residents, vacation homes, and rental properties. Accessible by car only, the cabin is reached via fully maintained roads year-round. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter, with tire chains available for rent at local stores. This pet-friendly home prohibits pets on furniture and linens. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to clean up after them. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a $500 fine per violation. The use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during burn bans. The backyard is not fully fenced.
