The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals with a fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. This centrally located apartment provides easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes Tempe has to offer. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without a refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If there are noise monitors installed in the unit and they are tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. [SI]
