The living space features an innovative open-concept design that blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a modern and sleek living experience. The living room includes a sofa bed, chair, 4K 58" HDR smart TV, and coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation canceled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid. It’s a great spot for food and beer lovers, with an acclaimed local brewery, popular restaurants, cafés, and bars all within walking distance. You’ll also be close to scenic parks, cultural attractions, and some of Tempe’s most well-known hotspots. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the apartment (it does not record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
