Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day; noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. No parties or events/gatherings are allowed. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building; any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 late check-out fee, with no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
