A working space is available for those who like to work in style, and the home includes a washer and dryer for long-term guests. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
