The free streetcar stop is next door, providing easy access to all of downtown. It's also conveniently located near major sports venues like Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium, and Paycor Stadium, as well as numerous wedding and event venues, arts and culture attractions, and hospitals. Please be aware that the first floor has been partitioned into two separate, self-contained condos that share a wall. While there is a sound barrier, loud noises may occasionally carry between the units. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in reservation termination without refund and potential prosecution for criminal trespassing.
