Enjoy the screened tiki patio with outdoor seating and a smart TV, the private heated pool, and the fenced backyard. Beach essentials are provided to simplify trips to nearby Clearwater Beach. This property is pet-friendly and offers free parking for up to three vehicles. If you would like pool heat, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and you agree to pay $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located a short drive from Clearwater Beach and close to Downtown Largo, the residential setting offers quick routes to beautiful shoreline, local parks, and attractions throughout the Clearwater and St. Petersburg area. The neighborhood provides a comfortable base to explore coastal spots or enjoy a quiet stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 9 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 3. Please do not park inside the garage for any reason. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
