This elegant space offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience, featuring three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king bed and smart TV, a second bedroom with another king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. The living area includes a cozy daybed, a smart TV, a fireplace, and a foosball table and board games. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but does not have an oven. Enjoy exclusive access to the backyard pool and spa, a fire pit with seating, and a barbecue/grill. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100 per day, and the pool can be heated from October 1st to May 26th for an additional $250, weather permitting. A crib is available upon request. Guests are responsible for all BabyQuip rental and delivery fees for baby and toddler amenities, with requests made at least 5 days prior to check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the house, with designated outdoor areas available. A $350 fine will be applied for smoking violations. Large group events or parties with more than 8 people are prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Any violation of the no-parties policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit. There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, with 48-hour notice provided for scheduling. Children less than 10 years old are not allowed in the pool without a supervising adult. Adults and children older than 10 years old can use the pool without supervision only if they know how to swim. No more than 2 people are allowed on the trampoline at a time, and children less than 8 years old are not allowed on the trampoline without a supervising adult. No partying and drinking alcohol around the pool area. Music can be played outside but not loud enough to disturb neighbors. Indoor gatherings or parties are allowed until 6 pm with no more than 7 people. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the premises are left unclean after a house party.
