The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but does not have an oven. Enjoy exclusive access to the backyard pool and spa, a fire pit with seating, and a barbecue/grill. The spa heating can be accommodated for an extra $100 per day, and the pool can be heated from October 1st to May 26th for an additional $250, weather permitting. A crib is available upon request. Guests are responsible for all BabyQuip rental and delivery fees for baby and toddler amenities, with requests made at least 5 days prior to check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the house, with designated outdoor areas available. A $350 fine will be applied for smoking violations. Large group events or parties with more than 8 people are prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Any violation of the no-parties policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the security deposit. There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks, with 48-hour notice provided for scheduling. Children less than 10 years old are not allowed in the pool without a supervising adult. Adults and children older than 10 years old can use the pool without supervision only if they know how to swim. No more than 2 people are allowed on the trampoline at a time, and children less than 8 years old are not allowed on the trampoline without a supervising adult.
