The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is simple with a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. The plumbing is extremely sensitive; please do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply for violations. No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the property. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report any damages immediately.
