Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. With a direct beach access boardwalk just across the street, this home is a two-minute walk to the shoreline. It's located in a quiet residential setting of Port St. Joe, close to local shops, cafés, and fishing piers, with easy strolls to sunrise views and sunset strolls along the Gulf. Port St. Joe is affectionately referred to by the locals as a "small town with a big heart" and has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining. Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf. Plumbing is extremely sensitive. Please do not pour or flush any of the following objects down any drain: grease, glass, metal (including razor blades), plastics such as toys and utensils, sanitary napkins or tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, and you must never introduce explosives, flammable material, oil, strong chemicals (household chemicals, or gasoline). If found to be in violation, a fine of up to $500 will apply. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs.
