Please note that the building itself is not managed by us, and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. We do not have control over the availability or quality of building amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, and recreation lounge, and these may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and pet fees are not included in the total reservation price. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. Sleepover has a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Failure to return designated fobs, keys, and parking passes will result in a replacement fee of up to $450 per item. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the owner's risk. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including the balcony or patio, and all common and outdoor areas of the building. Smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation. To protect against identity theft and fraud, you will be required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
