Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Guests will be charged an early check-in fee of $25 for checking in earlier than 4:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee of $25 for any checkouts after 10:00 a.m. Guests cannot check-in early or checkout late without permission from the host. If Sleepover determines that you have brought any infestation into the apartment or onto the premises, Sleepover reserves the right to charge you for any and all costs and expenses deemed necessary to address the infestation. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment, premises, or property caused by the guests, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during the guests’ stay. Charges may include but are not limited to all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, and guest compensation.
