Free street or driveway parking is available, depending on the property set-up. Mt. Prospect is a quiet, well-kept suburban community known for its safety and small-town charm. This home is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials. You’re just minutes from downtown Mt. Prospect, which features local dining, coffee shops, and Metra access to downtown Chicago. O’Hare Airport, corporate offices, hospitals, and shopping destinations are all within a short drive. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description; babies under the age of two are not included in this count. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping inside the home; the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. No parties or large gatherings are allowed; if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM; any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. There is an $100 unauthorized late check-out fee applied for check-outs later than 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
