You’re perfectly situated in central Meridian, 5 minutes from Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone, 10 minutes from The Village at Meridian, and 20 minutes from downtown Boise with easy I-84 access. Step outside the backyard gate and you’ll find a pavilion area, sand volleyball courts, playground, expansive park space, baseball/kickball field, and a dog-friendly area all located within the welcoming Bear Creek neighborhood. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance, and additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, so please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund.
