The full kitchen gives you the option to prepare simple meals during your stay. A breakfast nook in the kitchen is ideal for casual mornings, while the dining area provides a place to sit down together for meals or conversation. Enjoy access to community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, and shared outdoor areas such as a basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. This apartment is pet-friendly with a pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. There is also free parking on the premises. The property is conveniently located near local attractions and green spaces. You are a short drive from the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa, MOSI, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. Tampa Palms is a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, where suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and the pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
