Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. You are a short drive from the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa, MOSI, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. Tampa Palms is a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, where suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and the pet waste pick-up fee is $50 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
