The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are fully furnished and complete with all amenities, making it great for family and friends to spend time together. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. Very safe and neighbors are all very friendly. We recommend driving and have parking available for guests' vehicles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area if needed. You will have access to the full home. The driveway is for the use of the mansion guests. My wife and I live in another house downtown and are available if guests have any questions, but typically we just leave a key outside. The partner requires guests to be 21 years of age to book.
