Parking is available for guests' vehicles. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. There is also a Tiny Home in the back available for separate rental. Located just 20 minutes from Fort Moore and under 10 minutes from the riverfront and downtown, it offers unbeatable convenience. This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are all very friendly. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
