This is a pet friendly home and pets must be crated when they are left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in a historic and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors, this mansion is just 20 minutes from Fort Moore and under 10 minutes from the riverfront and downtown, offering unbeatable convenience. We recommend driving and have parking available for guests' vehicles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area if needed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
