A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a historic neighborhood with stable families. It is very safe and neighbors are all very friendly. Driving is recommended with parking available for guests' vehicles. However, Uber and Lyft are available in the area if needed. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
