The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, and blender. Dogs are allowed with a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. A Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware are available. Situated on a quiet country road, this property is within walking distance of both Beaver Lake (0.5 mi) and Hickory Creek Marina (1.1 miles). Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding the home, including a gas BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and shade trees. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please do not allow pets on furniture.
