If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and any signs of smoking will result in a fine of $500. If you are bringing a pet(s) without prior notification, there will be a fine of $500. If the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning.
