Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace and Marina, Museum Park, and the newly revitalized Flagler Street are just a few blocks away. Brickell City Centre is only 10 minutes away by car, while the Design District and South Beach are about 20 minutes away, and Miami International Airport is around a 20-minute drive. There is a free metro mover train right in front that goes to the museums as well as Brickell. Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking, and no additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval, with violations incurring a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are permitted, and any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection.
