The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware. Enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, lounge, business center, and poolside cabanas. There is an onsite spa with additional services available for purchase. The property offers on-site security, concierge services, and renowned street-level restaurants. Additional conveniences include 24/7 valet parking and a 24-hour welcome desk. A resort fee of $35 per day is payable directly to the building. Valet parking is available on site at $75 per night plus taxes. Paid street parking and an economical public garage are nearby at $15 for overnight. There is a free metro mover train right in front that goes to the museums as well as Brickell. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Early or late options may be available upon inquiry. A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included. We offer concierge services to our guests.
