The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, smart TVs, an ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Valet parking is available on site at $75 per night plus taxes. Paid street parking as well as an economical public garage is nearby ($15 for overnight). Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, payable to the building at check-in, and advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. A resort fee of $35 per day is payable directly to the building. Boasting a prime downtown location with quick access to the Kaseya Center, cruise terminals, and an array of downtown Miami's restaurants and shops. By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 20-minute drive. There is a free metro mover train right in front that goes to the museums as well as Brickell. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced, and low noise levels are expected after 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking, and no additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval; violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are permitted; any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM; violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
