The master suite offers a king-size bed and an exceptionally large walk-in closet with a full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a cozy queen bed with a full dresser and closet, and across the hall is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. In the back of the home are two additional bedrooms: one with a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, and another with a queen bed. The spacious, modern kitchen offers lots of counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances. There is a dedicated office space with fast 300MB Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with Roku devices are available for your entertainment. Enjoy free parking with an attached one-car garage and a large circular driveway that can accommodate up to three cars. St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, is known for its charm. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a few minutes from the home. Located in the heart of Uptown St Augustine, the home is a short walk from boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and the downtown Historic District, which is a whole other adventure. Architecture enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Trolley picks up right across the street from the Fountain of Youth, offering a fun way to see the city. The home has two active security cameras installed, one at the front door and one on the north side of the home. No private areas can be seen. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are required to follow the house rules during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Includes a dedicated office space with fast 300MB Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
