In the back of the home are two additional bedrooms: one with a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, and another with a queen bed. The spacious, modern kitchen offers lots of counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances. There is a dedicated office space with fast 300MB Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with Roku devices are available for your entertainment. Enjoy free parking with an attached one-car garage and a large circular driveway that can accommodate up to three cars. St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, is known for its charm. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a few minutes from the home. The home has two active security cameras installed, one at the front door and one on the north side of the home. No private areas can be seen. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are required to follow the house rules during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Includes a dedicated office space with fast 300MB Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
