The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Parking is available with a displayed parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense. Located in the heart of Arlington, Virginia, this apartment offers an unbeatable location for those looking to be close to the vibrant city life of Washington, D.C., while enjoying the charm and convenience of a well-connected neighborhood. It's just 15 minutes from iconic locations such as The White House, The Capitol, and Georgetown University and a short distance from the Pentagon and Crystal City business district. Hundreds of restaurants, cafes, and shops are within walking distance, offering a diverse array of culinary and shopping experiences. The apartment is also close to Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and Crystal City Shops, and surrounded by parks and green spaces, such as Long Bridge Park and Virginia Highlands Park. Cultural attractions like The National Museum of American History and The Arlington National Cemetery are also nearby. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with their full name and a valid government-issued ID. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, provided it is reported during your stay. Lost FOB or access card: $250. Lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates). Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability for a $50 fee. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) and AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1).
