A full kitchen equipped with stainless-steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces accommodate large gatherings. Enjoy the private pool, comfortable pool loungers, and free washer and dryer. Community water park and amenity center/clubhouse are accessible at no extra cost. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay. Situated in a quiet residential setting close to major attractions, Disney World is a 20–25 minute drive, SeaWorld about 30 minutes away, and Universal Studios roughly 35 minutes away. The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We welcome up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with written notification and approval. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F. If set lower, you may incur a fine of up to $500. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10AM.
