The community’s quiet streets and well-maintained surroundings provide a peaceful retreat. As a resident of the Windsor at Westside community, you also gain free access to a vibrant water park and a fully equipped amenity center with a clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. The resort is located within a gated community. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please keep the temperature at or above 70°F, or you might incur a fine of up to $500 if the A/C unit freezes. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
